My name is Olivia Ripps and I currently serve as an ESG Consultant at DNV. On the ESG team, I advise clients on the development of company ESG strategies and efficient internal frameworks and operations to ensure alignment with corporate strategy, operational initiatives, and multi-stakeholder engagement. Prior to joining DNV, I worked as a Governance & Sustainability Analyst at a consulting firm called Rivel.

Echo is passionate about ESG and sustainability having spent the past 12 years in community, commercial, and investment banking. She is active in the startup ecosystem and the climate community. She lives in Queens, New York City, and has two senior dogs.
