CAROLINE SHENOY
Investor Relations Manager at One Acre Fund
Caroline Shenoy manages the investment notes program at One Acre Fund, a social enterprise that serves more than one million farmers in East Africa. She has over 10 years of experience across financial services and social impact. Prior to One Acre Fund, Caroline was on the investor relations team at Calvert Impact where she helped individual and institutional investors get capital working to address pressing social and environmental challenges around the globe.
MONIKA KUMAR
I bring over 15 years of experience in corporate sustainability, ESG strategy and disclosure, and circular economy. I am currently working with ImpactARC shifting finance towards generating lasting positive impact. I also serve as a Sustainability Advisor to my family company called Ichcha , a conscious textile social enterprise. Ichcha, which means ‘a wish’ in Sanskrit, works with artisans to design fabrics dyed using plants and flowers, thereby avoiding chemicals in homes.

IMPACT INTERESTS AND HOPES FOR CIRCLE:
- Impact interests are in global inequality, adaptation to climate change, sustainable agriculture. My hopes for the Circle are to meet other mission-aligned women, learn from each other, and get inspired.
