COURSE LEADER:
The Summer 2024 course will be led by the course’s co-creator, Kylelane Purcell who has more than 30 years’ experience writing and managing communications in the investment management sphere. After working as an analyst at Morningstar and a manager at American Century Investments, Kylelane became Vice President of Investment Communications at T. Rowe Price. After almost a decade at that company, she left in 2005 to start her own firm, Purcell Communications. More recently, Kylelane partnered with Ben Vivari, a longtime colleague to co-found Till Investors, a sustainable investing educational initiative. Together they co-authored Sustainable Investing: an ESG Starter Kit for Everyday Investors, a book that she draws upon in this course. Kylelane brings a wide range of knowledge about investment products, services, and client types to her work.
