The New Way Homes Fund is an innovative approach to solving the housing crisis. Investments provide the capital for President Sibley Simon and his team to work with churches, nonprofit and other mission-driven landowners to design, permit and finance projects that focus on providing below-market-rate rental housing. The Fund is a 10-year note that pays 4.25% interest annually.
