This course will introduce you to the world of angel and venture investing and will guide you to the steps you need to take to get started.

Susi’s mission is to help companies increase their commitment to social impact and diversity of thought and to increase access to funding for underrepresented founders as this will lead to better products, more opportunity for all and in short, a better world. Currently Susi is contributing to a few social good startups as strategic advisor, including Phin for Good. Phin is a B Corp whose vision is to be a force for good and compassion. Phin’s purpose is to help companies understand their purpose beyond profit and multiply their impact, every day. Creating a values-based culture isn’t just aspirational, it’s good business. In Susi’s additional role as Chief Impact Officer she advocates for Phin’s social causes and helping that community create the maximum impact. Susi also working closely with Kikori, an ed-tech company that puts the heart and fun into education through experiential ed as tech advisor, operational consultant and product strategist.

OUR SUMMER 2023 DEEP DIVE COURSES:
Invest for Better will be offering four Deep Dive courses for our Summer Session. They include our ‘Back to the Basics: Financial Planning’, ‘How Angel Investing Works’, ‘Finding a Values-Aligned Financial Advisor’, and ‘Investing for a Sustainable Environment’. The courses will run between June and August 2023. Our Deep Dives are intended to move participants from knowledge to action. Created in partnership with values-aligned financial advisors and other experts, Deep Dives include self-study, monthly group meetings, and shared experiences.
