Investing for Impact:
Turn Intention into Action

Investing for impact is for women who dream big, care deeply, and want their money to do more than sit on the sidelines.

This flagship course helps you understand where your money is now and how to move it toward what matters most. It’s practical, doable, and designed for real life.

And the best part? It’s taught inside a Circle—a small, peer-led group of women on the same journey.

Like a book club, but for your financial future. The course gives you the tools. The Circle brings it to life.

You’re Already an Investor—Whether You Realize It or Not

Every time you choose where to bank, what to buy, or even what retirement fund to join, you’re investing in something.

The question isn’t if you’re an investor—it’s what you’re investing in.

Investing for impact helps you build wealth with intention, so you can create a future that reflects your values and supports what matters most: your goals, your family, and your community.

“I came in overwhelmed. I left empowered.”

That’s what we hear again and again from women who complete this course.

Whether you’re just getting started or looking for your next step, you’ll walk away with clarity, confidence, and a sense of community that makes all the difference.

The full experience is $125. That includes seven live sessions, a personalized workbook, peer support from trained Circle Leaders, and access to the Invest for Better community and member events. It’s one of the most affordable, high-impact ways to learn how to align your money with your values.

Do I need investing experience?
Nope. This course was made for women at all stages—including beginners. If you’d like a head start, grab a copy of Activate Your Money by our co-founder Janine Firpo—it pairs perfectly with the course.

What’s the time commitment?
You’ll spend 30–60 minutes on self-study before each 90-minute live session. That’s around 4 hours per month—and the clarity and confidence you’ll gain are well worth it.

How often do Circles run?
We offer Investing for Impact Circles twice a year, in the fall and spring. Each cohort kicks off with multiple timing options to help fit your schedule. The next cohort begins September 2025—save your spot now.

What if I’m not 100% sure this is right for me?
Totally okay. If you care about where your money is—and what it’s funding—you’re in the right place. You don’t have to know everything. You just have to be ready to learn.

What Women Are Saying

“An Invest for Better Circle is a great way to bring together a diverse group to build up their impact investing knowledge. It’s organic, member-led, and authentic. I love watching the conversations unfold.”

“My group lit a fire under me to really make sure all of my finances are aligned with my values.”

“Through Invest for Better, we are equipping women with the knowledge they need to shift their money to align with their values. All investments make an impact, and our group has created a casual, fun space for women to learn from and share with one another about their journey to take control of their money and its potential.”

“If it were not for IFB, I would not have the confidence to have the money conversations I am having now. I can hold my own discussions with my financial advisor and that is huge! Even my partner notices the change. He watches and says, “Wow, look at you!”

“Meeting and learning alongside a community of thoughtful, values-driven women was incredibly inspiring. The readings and group discussions opened my eyes to how investing can be a tool not just for personal financial growth, but for advancing social, environmental, and community goals. I especially valued the emphasis on aligning investments with my personal values, something I hadn’t considered deeply before. This course gave me both the language and the confidence to make intentional, values-aligned financial choices.”

The most valuable part of the course was setting time aside to work on this/ to think about this and checking in with a like-minded group of passionate women. It was fun and informative, and a great motivation to continue to go deeper.

“I still support this work, and feel it is intensely valuable to ensure that women have financial literacy. In my family, I have seen the disparity of the women who understand and the ones who don’t. Very scary about how it can affect one’s life. 5/20’s session on “Secure Your Wealth & Future in the Current Political Climate with Anna N’Jie Konte, MBA, CFP®” was very useful.”

“I appreciate the vast amount of materials that are available to us to continue learning about how to invest our money so that it not only benefits us but the world at large.”

“This program has shifted how I think about money. It helped me realize that investing isn’t just about profit. It’s a powerful way to live out my values and create change in the world. Thank you for cultivating such a supportive, empowering space for women to explore these ideas together. The diversity of perspectives in the cohort made the experience especially rich.”

“I gained a lot of valuable insights into my own investment approach and portfolio. There was a lot of info provided throughout the course – which seemed somewhat overwhelming at times – but overall I’m grateful to have it all at my fingertips now as I move forward. I’m sure I’ll be revisiting and referencing much of the material as I make future investment decisions. My Leader was engaging, supportive, and quick to share her own tips and insights which was most helpful to me (and I think the rest of my circle members, too).”

“Over the past year, I’ve been learning, listening, watching and restructuring my investment and retirement portfolios. I joined the Dow Jane’s Intentional Investing program, which introduced me to Janine and her incredible book, which led me to IFB and so much more. I’ve made some changes but still have more to do and more to learn. I’m definitely interested in finding a group to grow and learn from/with. I’m feeling incredibly empowered by this knowledge, by taking the reins of my finances and also by starting my teen daughter on a path of financial literacy and impact awareness.”
