As an IFB Leader you will lead 8-20 women through a Circle Experience, which gives you the opportunity to deepen your knowledge of values-aligned investing, hone your leadership skills, and strengthen your network of like-minded women. In the process, you will learn alongside your friends, family, and colleagues.
IFB will provide all the materials and tools you need to successfully facilitate a Circle experience. In addition, we will offer you two training sessions in the months before your Circle begins. During the trainings, you will learn how to build your Circle, recruit your members, and run your meetings. Each Circle will include 6 meetings, which will take place every 2 weeks over a 3- month period. We will be there to support you every step of the way.

The Leadership Role
As an Invest for Better Leader, you have a set of responsibilities to ensure that you and the members of your group have an outstanding Circle Experience. These responsibilities, which are expected to take 6-8 hours per month over a 5-month period, include:
Some Circles are launched by a single leader, while others have co-leaders to share networks and logistics – and to make the experience more fun. Co-leaders can work together to recruit toward the 8-person minimum per Circle.
While a leader does not need to be an expert, she should understand financial and investment basics. We can also match less experienced leaders with veteran Circle Leaders. The most important quality for the Leader is the commitment to launch the Circle, reach out to your networks, and follow through.
To demonstrate our appreciation or your effort, Invest for Better is paying a stipend of $500 for solo leaders and $300 each for co-leaders (up to a maximum of $600)
